Product advantages

Installation steps-Fix the battery
Install the battery vertically in the designated position and secure it with a bracket or bolts.
Keep the bottom of the battery in firm contact with the ground to prevent accidental tipping.
Connect the cable
Use high-quality cables to connect the positive and negative poles of the battery, and ensure that the connection is firm and not loose.
Follow the connection order of "battery first, then inverter" and connect correctly according to the polarity.
Inverter matching
Set the correct operating parameters according to the inverter model, such as voltage range, charge and discharge power, etc.
Ensure that the battery and inverter communicate normally (such as through CAN or RS485 communication protocol).
 
Operation-Start the system
Press the start button of the inverter or battery pack to ensure that the battery is in working state.
Check the inverter and battery status indicators to ensure normal operation.
Check the App or monitoring system regularly to check key parameters such as battery capacity, voltage and temperature.
Avoid long-term operation when the power is too low or too high. It is recommended to keep the battery power between 20%-80% to extend the life-Shutdown and maintenance
Before shutting down, turn off the load equipment first, and then turn off the inverter and battery.
Check the battery connection parts for looseness once a month and clean the dust.

Do not disassemble or modify the internal components of the battery without authorization.
When not in use for a long time, charge the battery to 50%-60% and store it in a dry and ventilated place.
If any abnormality occurs (such as leakage, overheating, etc.), disconnect the device immediately and contact after-sales support.

Q1. Do you have MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) limit?
A: No, HEXI do not have MOQ limit, sample order or small volume is available.

Q2. What about the lead time?
A: Standard product lead time: Samples: 3-5 days, Bulk order: 3-4 weeks.
     Customized product lead time: 3-4 weeks both for sample or bulk order.

Q3. How do you ship the goods? How about the shipping time?
A: By air door to door (6-12 days): FEDEX, UPS or DHL, suitable for urgent small order.
     By sea door to door (25-50 days): suitable for bulk order.
     By sea to delivery port (20-35 days): Suitable for bulk order.
     By Air to airport (3-5 days): Suitable for urgent heavy package.

Q4. How to proceed with an order?
A: Firstly, providing your requirements or applications, then we will provide battery solution and quote accordingly. Secondly, confirming the order and do the deposit for it, then we will arrange the production.

Q5. Is it available to print my logo on the product?
A: Yes. Just send us you logo and we will make a label for the product. For product with metal/aluminum case, logo silk-print on the case is available.
